These terms describe use of our marketing website. They do not govern a purchase, subscription, use of the Valueflow application or a services engagement. Those activities require separate agreements. Browsing the website or booking a conversation does not itself create a product subscription or services order.

Website information

The website provides information to help you evaluate Valueflow. Descriptions, examples and illustrations are not guarantees of business results. A customer's agreed scope, fees, entitlements and service commitments belong in the applicable customer agreement. Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy arising from a statement where the law does not permit that right or remedy to be excluded.

Permitted use and intellectual property

You may access the website and use its content to evaluate Valueflow and for other purposes permitted by law. We or our licensors retain rights in the website's text, design, logos and other materials. Except as permitted by law or with the rights holder's permission, you must not reproduce or distribute materials for commercial exploitation, remove ownership notices or imply our endorsement. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Do not interfere with the website's operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person's information or use the website for unlawful purposes.
