Can we use the Valueflow Platform without buying services?

Yes. The Platform is available independently, with guided onboarding and standard product support. Your team can build and improve its own operating models without purchasing an expert-led engagement.

What is Founding Access?

Founding Access is our introductory launch subscription. Pay for the Designers who create and edit in Valueflow, starting with one paid Designer, with unlimited free Viewer access and no additional company fee.

Your agreed access terms stay in place for your subscription period: 12 months when billed annually, or the current month when billed monthly. We explain material changes before they apply.

How do we choose between Design Accelerator and Design Partnership?

Choose an Accelerator for one defined project or priority opportunity. A Partnership supports recurring work and multiple or evolving design and improvement priorities.

Do the expert-led services include Valueflow Platform access?

Yes. An Accelerator includes access during the engagement and agreed handover period. A Partnership includes access throughout the service term. Existing subscribers are not charged twice for the same Platform access.

What happens after a Design Accelerator engagement?

You can continue with a standalone Platform subscription, establish a Design Partnership or conclude the engagement with the agreed handover. Continuing software access requires an active subscription or other agreed entitlement. A separate annual software subscription is not required to start an Accelerator.

How are expert-led engagements priced?

An Accelerator has a fixed project fee based on agreed scope and deliverables. A Partnership has a recurring fee based on agreed scope, delivery cadence and capacity. The complexity of the work, stakeholder involvement and expertise required inform the proposal. We agree the investment before work begins.

Are there additional AI usage charges?

No. Design and AI review are included during your Founding Access subscription period, subject to reasonable-use protections. There are no automatic paid overages.

Reasonable-use terms apply to abusive or unusually intensive automated use. We explain these terms before you subscribe.
