Before founding Valueflow, Ross spent seven years building Valuize, a leading consulting firm dedicated to helping enterprise B2B tech companies design and execute customer lifecycle strategies that enhance customer value, retention, and growth. With over 13 years of experience in B2B recurring revenue organizations, Ross has led and shaped strategies across Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Services, and Partnerships.
Outside of work, Ross finds joy in the ocean and mountains, fueling his passion for surfing and snowboarding.
